Martin Holme

In business Martin’s main thing has been ‘creativity’ and is built on the belief that you work better and more creatively when you are happy and energised. His work involves creative process, team dynamics, self-esteem stuff, belief systems, raising the bar, magical working environments and environmental stuff generally (sustainability).
Martin gets a real buzz from seeing teams ‘come alive’ and
achieving incredible things they would never believe they could do. He
also loves taking groups to amazing parts of the world to get new experiences
and taste new things and has travelled to India, China, the Arctic and
many other places with business groups.
Initially Martin worked alone but has met some other ‘kindred spirits’ along
the way who share a similar set of values. His main interest is bridging
the gap between the artists who, in normal circumstances, would be totally
unemployable in multinational corporations and businesses that want to
become more creative in their business processes.
Martin has worked with a number of multinationals such as Unilever, P&G, and Estee Lauder, and has initiated a number of full-on creative business processes especially at Givaudan (the biggest perfumery and flavour company in the world).
